ARTIST BIO

Painting and drawing have been a passion since I was a child.Nature constantly inspires me, whether the exotic blooms of the tropics, tranquil rainforests or the changing moods of the ocean. I am spoilt for choice, as I divide my time between Bondi Beach and Port Douglas.

Watercolour is my current medium. It’s clear, vibrant colour and the speed of the medium makes it the perfect vehicle to combine my drawing skills and love of colour. Working beautifully to give clarity to nature’s gifts.

My gardens at Bondi and Port Douglas are my oasis and source of solace and have provided hours of delight. They are often the source of my art. Nature has its own spirit and message to give us. Art provides the perfect oppotunity to communicate these enchanting messages. Nature speaks to my soul and through my art I aim to bring this beautiful conversation, a moment in time, forever captured in watercolour.

Art for me, is an evolving journey. My father gave me my first set of oil paints and over the years I have explored a variety of mediums, to settle at this present time, with a love affair of watercolour. Painting   gives me such joy and I hope to share this with you through each piece of work. A piece of love in each artwork.
